Job Description
We’re seeking a passionate, driven, and fast-paced Furniture Setup Crew Supervisor to join us and travel worldwide with our F1 Setup Crew to various races. Applicants should be travelers who thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
Based in Vienna, your role extends beyond local duties as you will travel to international races. Your adventurous spirit will be valued, as you lead the setup crew at each venue, overseeing the loading and unloading of tracks and equipment both at the event sites and our warehouse.
What you'll do:
* Take responsibility for all furniture, goods, and equipment on site, working closely with warehouse managers.
* Manage budgets related to on-site crew, transport, and equipment investments.
* Track inventories on-site and coordinate reloads with warehouses.
* Load and unload goods and equipment, working with the crew and using forklifts and pump trucks as necessary.
* Supervise onsite warehouses and storage areas.
* Assist in creating guides and distribution/setup lists for each event.
* Distribute and assemble furniture and equipment according to event plans, including cleaning and setup.
* Develop innovative ideas to improve packaging, loading/unloading, and storage processes.
* Provide ongoing training and support to crew members at all events.
* Prepare loading lists and coordinate the return of cargo to warehouses or other events with the transport team.
Qualifications:
* Strong team player with excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach.
* Precise in execution and adaptable to changing environments.
* Goal-oriented with pride in quality work.
* Proficient in IT tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
