We are looking for local event managers / project managers to support us with on-site event delivery.
This is freelance work with long-term collaboration / contractor role, not full-time employment.
How it works
* Our internal MICE team manages:
o client communication
o proposals
o contracts
* Once the project is confirmed it is transferred to the event manager for execution
Responsibilities
* Full coordination of event delivery
* Work with local suppliers and vendors
* Budget management and cost control
* Ensuring smooth execution of the project
Requirements
* Strong knowledge of local suppliers
* Ability to manage budgets and timelines
Compensation
* Project-based compensation (5-10% from project)
