What You’ll Do
* Opening and closing routine
* Product Knowledge & Brand Awareness
* Business Understanding / understanding and analysis of key figures and sales
* Proactive thinking and attention to detail

* Visual displays and presentation of the merchandise and sales floor
* Ensuring system processes run smoothly
Schedule
The weekly schedule varies. Hours at least 20 per week. Availability on Saturdays and Sundays, and certain holidays, is required. Additional hours may be added during peak periods to meet business needs.
What It Takes / Qualifikationen
* Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred
* Retail Experience: at least 1 year preferred
* Supervisory/Managerial Experience: not required
* CEFR B2 Fluency in English & German
* Customer focus, communication, interpersonal skills
* Fashion trend knowledge; outgoing; assertiveness; adaptability/flexibility & stress tolerance
* Multi-tasking, applied learning, work ethic
* Omni Channel Services experience

Starting rate: €14.98 per hour (recruiting pay range). This rate may be modified in the future.
