Capital Markets Legal Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Capital Markets Legal Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate, review, and draft local and international transaction documents.
* Negotiate, review, and draft transaction documents in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Communicate effectively with regulators, lawyers, issuers, and stock exchanges to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
* Develop proactive solutions to challenges and take responsibility for managing the coordination process with law firms and other investment banks.
About You
* Professional experience of at least 3 years in a law firm, bank, or an in-house legal department.
* Master's degree in law or equivalent education or relevant working experience in a bank's documentation team.
* Strong interest in capital markets, bonds, and/or investment banking.
* Excellent negotiation skills and a professional communication style in English.

Your Tasks
1. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction-related documents, including prospectus, mandate letters, and subscription agreements.
2. You will work closely with our internal teams, such as Risk Management and Compliance, to ensure that all transactions meet regulatory requirements.
3. You will manage the coordination process with external partners, including law firms, regulators, and issuers' legal teams.
