PRODUCTION EMPLOYEE – FIBER COMPOSITE MATERIALS (f/m/d)
YOUR TASKS
* Careful lay-up of fiber composite materials according to existing drawings and manufacturing documents
* Performing vacuum tests for curing components in the autoclave
* Operation of cutting plotter, KUKA robot, and winding machine
* Preparation and maintenance of aluminum, CFRP, and epoxy tools
* Operation of curing ovens (autoclaves) and process monitoring
* Demolding components after the curing process
* Assembly of various fixtures
* Production-related documentation
* Collaboration in identifying improvement opportunities
* Working with ERP systems
* Reading documentation and working according to instructions
* Cross-functional collaboration with related departments
YOUR PROFILE
* Manual skills and technical understanding, e.g. carpenter, tailor, metalworker
* Independent and precise way of working, strong quality awareness
* Enthusiasm for new technologies and materials
* Team player
* Willingness to work across departments
* English skills are an advantage
* Willingness to work overtime

Based on your education, qualifications, and professional experience, we offer you an attractive, market-competitive salary. This ranges between EUR 29.500,00,- and EUR 42.000,00,- gross per year on a full-time basis.
