Job Description
As a Key Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. You will act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates and ensuring store operations run effectively.

Schedule Requirements & Availability
Work at least 20 hours per week, with availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. Hours may increase during peak periods.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
CEFR B2 fluency in English & German, required.
Customer focus, communication, and interpersonal interaction skills.
Fashion trend knowledge, outgoing, and assertive.
Adaptability, flexibility, and stress tolerance.
Poise, ambition, and multi‑tasking ability.
Applied learning, work ethic, and omni‑channel services experience.
Supervisor/Managerial experience is not required.

The starting rate for this position is €14.98 per hour (i.e., the recruiting pay range for this position is €14.98 – €14.98 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
