Position: Human Resources Information System Specialist (f/m/x)
Your Future Role
* Design and implement new HR systems, upgrades, and transitions, leading digitalization efforts with IT and vendors
* Support HR teams and global stakeholders with user access, security, and technical issues
* Lead system transition projects, implement new tools, and optimize processes through automation
* Maintain and update all HR systems, including recruitment, core HR, and performance management
* Act as the primary contact and expert for HRIS-related inquiries and escalations
* Create and maintain documentation, user manuals, and training materials for HRIS
* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance through regular audits
Job Requirements
* A degree with an HR focus or relevant professional experience in system implementations
* Experience in managing HR Information Systems and digitalization projects
* Strong communication skills, proactive team player, service-oriented
* Experience working with international stakeholders
* Project management skills, digital competence, and confidentiality handling sensitive data
* Structured, independent working style with analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

The annual gross salary starts at € (excluding bonus), with potential for overpayment based on qualifications and experience.
