The Mission We are recruiting a resilient and highly skilled nursing professional for a prestigious 1:1 care assignment aboard a private superyacht. Your primary mandate is the health management and daily care of an 80-year-old VIP principal. This role transitions your clinical expertise to a luxury maritime setting, cruising the most exclusive waters of the Mediterranean, including Portofino, the Amalfi Coast, and the French Riviera.
The Team You will be supported by a world-class, Western-trained medical infrastructure. The team is designed for high-acuity performance and includes:
* A Lead British Doctor providing 24/7 clinical oversight.
* Dedicated Physiotherapists managing the principal’s rehabilitation.
* A collaborative unit of experienced acute-care nurses.
The Safety We prioritize the sustainability of our medical staff. To prevent fatigue and ensure patient safety, we operate a strict double-nurse shift system. This ensures you are never working in isolation, providing you with ample rest and the opportunity to explore the yacht's destinations during your downtime.

* Education: A Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory.
* Experience: Candidates must possess 4+ years of post-graduate experience in Acute Care (ICU, ER, or A&E).
* Language: Native or C1 English proficiency is required.
