About the company
Minimist was founded in 2024 in Vienna with the goal of making second hand the default choice. We are a "RAAS - Resale as a Service" startup, actively working with secondhand shops and large charities to help them expand their operations digitally. Our team, combining expertise in AI and retail, set out to create a solution that would make omni-channel sales, inventory management, product presentation and pricing as simple as taking a photo.
The main product we deliver is a copilot in the form of a mobile application backed by state of the art AI models. In addition to it we are actively developing tools, mostly in the form of web services, for inventory management, e-commerce and cross publishing to other platforms.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop, deploy and maintain solutions that our customers love
* Provide feedback and guidance to more junior members of the team and/or external consultants
* Maintain and expand CI/CD best practices with GitHub Actions
* Work closely with the CTO to come up with scalable and maintainable architecture
What We're Looking For
* Like working close to the end customers
* Can work independently and bring features from raw customer input to production code
* Are analytical and have a solution oriented mindset
* Have 5+ years of experience with large projects
* Have experience with some of the elements of tech stack, and a desire to learn about the missing pieces
