Responsibilities
* Administrative back‑office tasks – general clerical work.
* Interface within the administration.
* Order processing to ensure a smooth order flow with customers and suppliers.
* Price calculation support.
Qualifications
* Experience in back‑office/assistance.
* Completed commercial training.
* Very good IT skills (MS Office & Co).
* Responsible, structured, and precise working style.
* Basic knowledge of price calculation.
* Reliability and flexibility.
* Communication and contact skills.
* German in written and spoken form.
* Basic knowledge of English.
Compensation
The monthly gross salary for this position is EUR 14,29 brutto per hour, in line with the collective agreement. We are obligated to provide the minimum wage but pay market‑appropriate and tailored to your individual profile.
