We’re looking for a customer-focused engineer to support our C# .NET SDK, help customers implement advanced OCR, data extraction, PDF editing, file conversion, and more, and contribute to documentation and engineering efforts.
Responsibilities
* You will join a team dedicated to supporting customers with complex technical challenges, primarily focusing on our C# .NET SDK.
* Assist customers asynchronously via our support portal, including directing them to the right documentation and engaging in deep debugging sessions.
* Provide customized sample code to help customers achieve their product vision.
* Understand the product to its core to contribute to documentation, write detailed bug and feature reports, and support engineering efforts.
* Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the SDK to ensure it is convenient to use, easy to integrate, well-architected, thoroughly tested, clearly documented, and loved by LLMs.
