We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part‑time Business Development Manager (Europe) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be a networking expert with a proven track record in building robust pipelines and driving business growth across the European market.

Responsibilities
* Identify and prospect new business opportunities that result in new clients across Europe
* Maintain accurate records and reports in our CRM system
* Actively develop and maintain a strong network of small and mid‑size business owners within Europe
* Identify and establish potential channel partners and collaborations
* Maintain and/or exceed monthly KPIs specific to the European market
Requirements
* A minimum of 4 years of B2B business development experience, preferably within Europe
* Previous experience in a consultative sales role, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
* Strong understanding of European business culture and market dynamics
* Fluency in English and a second European language is preferred
