Your challenge
* Drive and continuously improve group-wide quality performance and management systems
* Responsible for quality performance in ourdivision
* Lead and develop the international Quality & System Management team
* Ensure implementation and compliance with quality, food safety, environmental, energy and H&S standards across all our sites
* Act as escalation point for global customer quality issues
* Manage audits, certifications, crisis management and system/process standardization
* Support strategic initiatives, sustainability goals and system rollouts (e.g. ONE / S4)
Your Profile
* Several years of leadership experience in quality or system management in an international environment
* Strong expertise in ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, BRC and HACCP
* Deep understanding of processes, audits and risk‑ & customer-oriented quality management
* Proven project management skills and experience in complex, intercultural organizations
* Hands‑on, solution‑oriented leader with strong communication and stakeholder skills
* Very good English andwillingness to travel
