Purchasing Specialist HVAC & Electrical (M/F/D)
* Operational procurement of materials based on project requirements (HVAC & Electrical)
* Verification of demand, timelines, and requirement feasibility
* Ordering from approved suppliers via the ERP system
* Monitoring and follow‑up of delivery deadlines
* Continuous supplier communication regarding orders and availability
* Creation and maintenance of material, item, and purchase order data
* Processing of claims, returns, and credit notes
Your profile
* Commercial or technical background with a focus on HVAC & Electrical
* Experience in operational procurement in an HVAC & Electrical project environment
* Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office applications
* Structured, dependable, and deadline‑driven approach to work
* Strong communication skills and assertiveness in daily operations
* Very good German language skills (written and spoken)
