Cluster Financial Controller (m/f/d) – Miiro Hotels
The Financial Controller will manage day‑to‑day accounting procedures and provide business support to other departments, streamlining processes to improve operational efficiency across Miiro Hotels in Vienna.
Base pay range
The Compensation Package includes a base salary of up to €4,500 gross per month (including overtime) and a performance‑related bonus scheme, to be discussed in the interview.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Purchasing
o Guide department Heads to ensure purchase orders are entered and approved in the procurement system.
o Coordinate and initiate cost control procedures and recommend improvements.
* Accounts Payable
o Ensure accuracy of invoice coding.
o Verify payment run accuracy after drafts are sent by the external accounting company.
* Income Audit
o Check rebates, discounts, refunds, and in‑house entertainment.
o Double‑check credit card integration and PMS/POS reconciliation.
* General Cashier
o Reconcile weekly banking drop (vs money received) according to PMS/POS.
* Accounts Receivable
o Monitor incoming payments and ensure deposits are posted promptly.
o Verify commissions are correctly deducted at source.
* Reporting & Financial Records
o Support the GM with month‑end process preparation and P&L review.
o Assist in yearly budgets, weekly and monthly forecasts.
o Manage cash flow and initiate FFE transfers.
Your profile
* Experience in financial controlling of a multi‑property hotel.
* Business English is mandatory, in addition to the local language.
* Proven team management and the ability to drive team success.
* Detail‑oriented, analytical mindset with a passion for numbers.
* Excellent communication skills for handling internal and external partners.
