We are looking for a Scrum Master (f/m/x) with a strong affinity for change processes. Support our IT organization in evolving from traditional project approaches to a modern, agile way of working.
Job Description
* Coaching and supporting IT projects in interdisciplinary teams
* Promoting an agile mindset, methodological competence, and self-organization
* Supporting the introduction and continuous development of agile processes and tools
* Facilitating meetings, workshops, and retrospectives
* Working closely with project managers and leadership to effectively bridge agile and traditional approaches
Qualifications
* Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Project Management or a comparable qualification, along with several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master
* Strong affinity for agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
* Experience in guiding teams through transformation processes
* Structured, solution-oriented working style with excellent communication skills
* Ability to bridge classical project management and agile practices
* Fluent English skills, German proficiency is beneficial

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 4.000 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring. That’s why we take the time to determine your actual gross salary individually and are happy to offer a higher pay in recognition of your qualifications.
