Senior HRIS Specialist
Join Sportradar as a data-focused Senior HRIS Specialist. You will be the team's data expert, owning our reporting and planning data landscape—ensuring it is accurate, accessible, and actionable for a range of stakeholders. You’ll play a critical role in connecting planning with execution, enabling seamless workflows from budgeting in Adaptive to realization in Workday.
Responsibilities
* Lead development and maintenance of Adaptive Planning models, formulas, and reports.
* Own and maintain all custom Workday reports and dashboards; implement and optimize Discovery Boards, People Analytics, and Worksheets.
* Ensure high data quality by maintaining core HCM structures and running regular validations.
* Partner with Finance and People teams to align reporting and planning processes across Adaptive and Workday.
* Collaborate with internal analyst to provide reliable data for recurring reports and business requests.
* Advise on data design to support effective workforce planning and smooth data flow between systems.
* Respond to BAU requests and proactively improve capabilities.
Qualifications
* Hands‑on experience with Adaptive Planning (models, formulas, reports).
* Configuration experience in an additional Workday module: HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Adv Compensation, Performance, Time, Absence, Benefits.
* Expertise in Workday reporting, including Advanced Reports, Calc Fields, Worksheets, and Discovery Boards.
* Experience in the implementation of People Analytics.
* Strong understanding of Workday data structures, organizational design, and security.
* Experience managing EIBs and maintaining HCM structures (e.g., supervisory orgs, positions).
* Ability to collaborate across HR, Finance, and business stakeholders with a focus on usability and data quality.
* Nice to Have: Experience supporting M&A activities or system integrations.

Additional Information
Salary: The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
