Your tasks
Overall management of the LiLeS Service Centre, including leadership of the LiLeS team
Operational collaboration and overall responsibility for the administration of secondary school teacher training programmes (general education)
Further development and optimization of all processes, structures and offerings in cooperation with a wide range of stakeholders
Ongoing coordination with the rectorates and organizational units of the cooperating educational institutions in Verbund Mitte, the steering groups, the service centre in Salzburg, the student council and other stakeholders
Coordination and management of the curriculum as well as preparation of decisions and notifications relevant to study law
Permanent membership and participation in the Verbund-Mitte and Upper Austria steering groups and the associated working groups
Participation in public relations work (e.g. LiLeS internet and social media presence)
Organization of and participation in events for secondary school teaching students (general education)
Your profile
Requirements:
Independent, results-oriented working style with a hands‑on mentality
Experience in process-oriented administration, preferably in the field of study administration
Knowledge of Austrian university and higher education structures
Competence in managing employees
Team-oriented personality with strong negotiation skills
Willingness to travel within Austria
Completion of an appropriate diploma or master’ s degree
Language Levels: German C1, English B1
Desirable:
Knowledge of study regulations
Strategic development skills
Knowledge of relevant teaching and study management tools (e.g. Campus-Online)

On the basis of full-time employment (40 hours/week) the minimum salary in accordance with the collective agreement is € 3,450.30 gross per month (14× per year, CA Job Grade: IVa)
