Position Summary
The overall job purpose is the responsibility of work coordination between Jet Aviation and customers.
Main Responsibilities
1. Manage all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance customer relations. Coordinate all AOG events.
2. Prepare, check, or coordinate all maintenance projects, including procedures and parts provisioning.
3. Evaluate risks in advance and take necessary actions towards the customer.
4. Handover the aircraft to the customer at entry.
5. Provide accurate and regular technical and financial updates to customers.
6. Quote maintenance costs as accurately as possible, and determine payment responsibilities.
7. Handle downpayment requests and follow payments.
8. Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures (risk assessment).
9. Review work reports and CRS.
10. Ensure project cleanup after maintenance, including unused parts.
11. Coordinate customer visits and on-site hospitality activities for assigned projects.
12. Support production supervisors and leaders during maintenance events.
13. Contact OEMs for engineering requests and technical support.
14. Print computerized maintenance system cards.
15. Provide technical support and coordinate with subcontractors as needed.
16. Review and revise maintenance schedules as required.
17. Assist billing department with invoices and warranty claims.
18. Manage customer disputes effectively.
Minimum Requirements
1. Minimum college degree required.
2. Several years of experience in technical administration.
3. Willingness to adapt and react to a rapidly changing operational environment.
4. Strong technical knowledge in aviation (knowledge of Gulfstream, Bombardier advantageous).
5. Ability to adapt to a challenging, fast-moving environment with changing priorities and workload.
6. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and take initiative.
9. Strong team spirit and ability to work independently.
10. Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, CMP, CAMP (advantage).
11. Fluent in English; German is an asset.
12. Valid driving license.
13. Clean criminal record for security clearance.
14. EU citizenship or valid EU work permit.

Work Environment
We offer a yearly gross salary of €45,000, with potential for overpayment based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include performance bonuses, free parking, and employee discounts.
