Responsibilities
* Support the management and further development of group-wide risk management processes
* Act as a central interface between quantitative requirements (e.g. SCR, sensitivities) and qualitative risk processes (e.g. risk inventory)
* Assume (sub-)project responsibility
* Analyze, structure and ensure the quality of data submissions while continuously improving existing reporting and alignment processes
* Collaborate closely with internal departments and risk managers across the group
* Provide professional guidance and support to Group companies on methodological and process-related topics within the framework of Solvency II and risk management
Qualifications
* Completed degree in Business Administration, Financial Mathematics, or a comparable qualification
* Professional experience in risk management, ideally within the insurance industry, with solid knowledge of Solvency II
* Strong numerical skills and experience in handling complex data structures and reporting processes
* Strong analytical skills, a structured and independent working style, and a high level of responsibility
* Team-oriented mindset, resilience, and a confident professional presence, with the ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders within an international group environment
* Intercultural competence and enthusiasm for collaborating across the group companies
* Very good written and spoken German and English language skills

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3,248.70 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37,5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
