ProPursuit is currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer to work with a world leading Hospitality client of ours based in Vienna.
This role is a hybrid working module requiring 2 days onsite in Vienna.
Your role:
* You will support our hotel customers by phone and email – in a friendly, solution-oriented and competent manner.
* You advise on booking processes, sales channels and system integrations.
* You are the central contact person for our technology partners and web agencies.
* You work closely with the 2nd level support and development team on technical solutions.
* You are the central contact person for our technology partners and web agencies.
* You conduct online trainings and webinars – thereby sustainably increasing customer satisfaction.
* You will support the integration of our IBE and widgets on hotel websites.
Your profile:
* 3–5 years of experience in technical support, hotel IT, or areas such as reservations, reception, or revenue management
* Technical understanding and experience with interfaces and data formats
* Terms like IBE, OTA, BAR rates or conversion are familiar to you – and Fidelio is more than just an opera for you
* Knowledge of web technologies and ideally experience with widget integration
* Understanding of digital hotel sales & online marketing
* Professional, structured and customer-oriented work – even in challenging situations
* Experience with Jira or other ticket systems would be a huge plus
* Very good written and spoken German and English skills
