CS Regional Sales Manager - EMEA in Europe
The position's location is flexible within Europe.
Multilingual skills (Italian/French/German/English) are preferred. Aircraft maintenance and modification experience is also preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job. Candidates should have 4 years of experience in business, program management, financial, operations, or aviation.
Position Purpose: Sell maintenance, PlaneParts, component repair and overhaul, or provisioning sales to corporate aviation operators and other prospects, meeting or exceeding sales objectives and strategies. Develop sales forecasts and quotas for all services.
Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist regional customers in influencing sales, forecasting, and meeting regional and team financial objectives.
* Act as a strategic partner to your team and qualify customers to increase satisfaction and retention.
* Support customers in creating strategies for maintenance programs and aircraft enhancements.
* Translate customer requirements into services that can be quoted and scheduled to optimize operational costs.
* Lead difficult conversations professionally and navigate to positive outcomes for the company and customer.
* Work independently and leverage the company support network effectively.
* Assist in developing regional sales strategies to support corporate objectives.
Additional Functions:
* Travel extensively, including internationally, to achieve projected sales forecasts and quotas. Attend major air shows, trade conventions, and other meetings as appropriate to represent Gulfstream.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements:
* Ability to travel 50 - 75% of the time.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with Customer Relationship Management tools.
* Demonstrated leadership abilities and business judgment in handling complex issues and difficult customer situations.
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
