Job Description
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for actively shaping and improving the user experience with a clear focus on customer needs.
* Conduct user research and create user personas and user journeys to understand the needs, behaviors, and challenges of our target group
* Develop wireframes, screen designs, and prototypes in collaboration with the product owner and development team
* Develop and implement UX concepts and ensure a consistent corporate design
* Closely collaborate with the SCRUM team, other designers, and the internal marketing department
* Conduct usability tests and gather feedback from real users
Requirements
* Several years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a manufacturing company
* Proficient in common design and prototyping tools, ideally Figma
* Experience with design systems (Material Design), usability tests, and user journeys
* English language skills at least at the B2 level
* Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work in a multidisciplinary team
* A strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate this knowledge into effective and appealing design solutions

We offer a minimum gross annual salary of EUR 52,206. Depending on qualifications and experience, we are willing to pay a significant premium.
