Research Group Lead Impact oriented and human-centered Technology & Inclusive Transformation (f/m/d) (35-40h)
* Establish and lead an interdisciplinary research group at ECH (European Campus Hainburg).
* Develop and implement a competitive research agenda aligned with the ECH vision and USTP strategy.
* Recruit and supervise a research team including up to five PhD candidates.
* Develop applied demonstrators, pilot projects, and real-world pilot applications.
* Acquire third‑party funding following the base‑funded build‑up phase.
* Integrate research results into innovative teaching formats and interdisciplinary study programs.
