For a globally active healthcare company headquartered in Austria, we are looking for an International Business Alliance Manager to further develop and steer global distributor partnerships in a dynamic international set-up.
Management and development of international distributor and alliance partnerships across global markets
Key interface between international partners and HQ
Commercial steering including sales performance, forecasting, and regular business reviews
Coordination of international product launches and go-to-market initiatives
Close cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and legal
Contribution to strategic growth initiatives in a fast-moving, evolving environment
~7 – 10 years of international experience in medical devices, pharma or comparable field
~ Proven background in distributor or alliance management
~ High commercial understanding combined with a hands-on mindset
~ Strong communication style and ability to operate across cultures and senior stakeholder levels
~ Fluent English required, additional languages are an advantage
~ Willingness to travel internationally
~ Based in Austria or open to relocation
Dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with short decision paths and international scope
Annual gross fixed salary: max. EUR 90,000 plus 20% bonus
Company car or car allowance
Hybrid working model with regular presence at the Vienna HQ (approx. 3 days/week)
