About the role
Looking for a long-term contract role where you can add real value? If so, then this could be the one you have been waiting for!
Working with an Australian success story, primarily based at their Broadmeadows site, this role will form part of a cohesive Business Partnering unit to support the Manufacturing & Operations group during a time of change.
A seasoned HR Business Partner who can adapt with ease, you will naturally flex between operational and strategic needs and work closely with leaders at all levels to coach, support and guide to help navigate through this period of transformation.
* Immersing yourself in the business and invest time in building trusted and credible working relationships with key stakeholders across the Manufacturing & Operations group.
* Influence and provide sound counsel as it relates to; Talent & Development, ER/IR, Change Management, Organisational Design, Strategic Workforce Planning.
* Support/lead organisational design in different layers of the business.
* Partner with leaders with a focus on coaching for development and offer insights towards professional development.
* Leverage people data and metrics to help problem solve and inform key people decisions.
About you
* Extensive experience in the business partnering space, where you are confident and can lean into a proven track record where you have been able to add value during times of change.
* Open minded and adaptable, you’re someone who isn’t phased when something that wasn’t expected is thrown your way.
* Strong action orientation and solution focussed approach.
* Capability to flex between working autonomously and leaning into your team when required.
* Experience leading/contributing to Organisational Design, Change Management, Talent & Development.
Hybrid working arrangements are on offer with 4 days onsite/1 day working from home.
