Your main tasks and responsibilities
1. Ensure GxP compliance and validated state of production IT applications across projects and operations, including documentation (URS, risk analyses, IQ/OQ, SOPs) and inspection support
2. Design, implement and optimize solutions by analysing business requirements and collaborating with stakeholders as solution architect
3. Lead and support IT/OT projects, including vendor coordination, SLA management, and cost/resource planning
4. Manage application lifecycle (changes, updates, system ownership incl. backup & recovery) and maintain oversight of the application landscape
5. Ensure stable operations through troubleshooting, ticket handling, escalation management and on-call duty
6. Act as system admin for production IT systems (e.g. Track & Trace), including user training and knowledge documentation
Your expertise and ideal skill set
7. Successfully completed technical education (HTL, FH, university)
8. Experience with Level 3 systems (MES) and Level 2 (HMI/SCADA)
9. Technical knowledge of Track & Trace systems (e.g. Laetus, PAS-X)
10. Hands-on experience with production related applications (CMMS, production planning)
11. Understanding of cloud infrastructure
12. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management, validation, troubleshooting
13. Fluent in English and German
14. Team-oriented, structured and quality-focused personality, with a strong learning mindset and curiosity for new skills and systems

Additional information (Austria only):
The minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) is EUR 4.270,14 based on 38 hours per week (full-time). As we strive to offer a salary that reflects your individual profile and qualifications, there is a willingness to pay above the minimum salary.
