Digital Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will become the operational and analytical powerhouse of our marketing organization. You will design, build, and continuously improve our digital marketing ecosystem - from websites and landing pages to performance campaigns, tracking, and lead processes. Your work will directly influence how we grow, connect with customers worldwide, and accelerate sustainable innovation across the textile industry.
This is not a “maintenance” role. This is a build, test, learn, and scale role. You will help create the digital backbone of a global brand.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Platforms & CMS
Maintain, enhance, and continuously optimize websites, landing pages, and microsites
Ensure high standards of performance, usability, and technical excellence across all digital touchpoints
Deliver seamless, user-centric digital experiences aligned with business objectives
Performance Marketing & Always-On Campaigns
Plan, execute, manage, and continuously optimize performance marketing initiatives across platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and potentially Programmatic/DV360
Drive budget efficiency, conversion optimization, and scalable growth
Collaborate closely with the Campaign Manager on push and lead generation campaigns
SEO & Content Performance
Lead holistic SEO and content optimization efforts — technical, on-page, keyword-driven, and journey-based
Analyze and optimize content, funnels, and conversion performance to continuously improve results
Strengthen organic visibility and ensure sustainable inbound growth
Tracking, Analytics & Reporting
Design, implement, and maintain robust tracking frameworks (e.g., GA4, Tag Manager)
Build and manage dashboards and standardized reporting structures
Ensure data accuracy, transparency, and actionable insights for informed decision-making
CRM & Digital Lead Processes
Support the development and optimization of the CRM ecosystem
Integrate campaigns, forms, and digital touchpoints with CRM systems
Enhance lead capture processes and data quality to maximize marketing effectiveness
Confidence working with modern CMS platforms (TYPO3, AEM, WordPress or similar)
Strong UX instinct for creating seamless, high-converting B2B experiences
Solid know-how in SEO, performance marketing, and digital growth tactics
Hands-on mindset with tracking, analytics, and data-driven optimization
Understanding of sales processes and close collaboration with commercial teams
Experience connecting CRM, marketing automation, and digital channels into smart lead flows
Clear communicator who can guide, train, and inspire stakeholders
Analytical thinker, structured, reliable, and proactive with a solution-first attitude
Open-minded, adaptable, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment
Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
Team player with a customer-centric mindset and strong alignment with TESTEX values
Valid work permit for Austria or Switzerland
For legal reasons, we would like to point out that the minimum gross salary for this position, based on our collective agreement, is € 2.534,74/month (full-time, 40 hours/week).Depending on your qualifications and experience, we offer a market-aligned and competitive salary that may significantly exceed this minimum.
