We are seeking experienced Qualified Manual Workers to join our teams across Austria.
Age: up to 48 years
Working hours: 38.5 per week
Salary: €35,000 – €40,000 gross/year
Requirements: German B2, driving license B
Flexibility: Yes (shift work, weekends, public holidays)
Responsibilities:
· Perform standardized mechanical and technical tasks according to specifications
· Support operational and administrative activities in assigned areas
· Work in safety‑relevant zones, following strict compliance rules
· Guide and instruct semi‑skilled or unskilled workers
· Ensure teamwork, safety, and efficiency in daily operations
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
· Compulsory school leaving certificate or relevant professional experience
· Extended specialized training
· Several years of professional experience in the field
· Certificate of equal treatment (for training completed outside Austria)
· German language proficiency till B2 level
· Valid driving license B (preferred)
· Willingness to work shifts, nights, weekends, and outdoors in varying conditions
· Strong teamwork, reliability, and flexibility
