* You ensure the timely release of customer orders and maintain transparent, reliable delivery schedules.
* You maintain a balanced workload, collaborate seamlessly across teams, and handle special customer delivery requests related to delivery timelines.
* You support tender processes and framework agreement requests by providing precise data and coordination assistance.
* You balance and align incoming orders, material availability, and delivery commitments to secure smooth order fulfilment.
* You track, prioritize, and resolve backorders in close cooperation with relevant teams.
* You drive continuous process improvements and actively contribute to, or lead, cross‑functional projects.
What are we looking for?
* You have a commercial or technical education - experience in order processing, supply chain, or logistics is an advantage.
* You are a team player who remains flexible, calm, and focused under pressure.
* You bring a proactive, customer‑focused attitude and approach challenges with a solution‑oriented mindset.
* Your strong organizational skills complement your structured and reliable working style.
* You enjoy working on a computer with various systems - Ideally, you have experience with ERP systems and project management.
* You have very good communication skills in German and English, along with a proactive and customer-oriented approach.
