KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - CONTRACT MANUFACTURING (M/F/D)
Aufgaben
* Establishing and expanding long-term customer relationships in the area of Contract Manufacturing / Tolling
* Designing and administering complex service contracts with international industrial partners
* Professional support of existing customers in contracting, pricing, and reconciliation issues
* Coordinating new requirements with internal departments (production, logistics, quality, compliance)
* Developing and negotiating robust pricing models
* Early identification of trends and business opportunities as well as active acquisition of new customers
* Coordinating escalations and solution-oriented communication at the decision-maker level
* Accompanying process changes with a focus on customer orientation and profitability
Profil
* Completed higher technical education (HTL) or business studies with a technical background (FH/UNI)
* Several years of experience in key account management in an industrial environment, ideally in the area of customized products or services
* Experience in contract management, pricing, and customer support at an international level
* Strong understanding of industrial processes and interfaces
* Negotiation skills, solution-oriented thinking, and professional demeanor
* High level of organizational, implementation, and cooperation skills
* Strong communication skills as well as clear market and customer orientation
* Very good English skills, both written and spoken
* Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
