As Electrical QA/QC Manager, you’ll take ownership of electrical quality delivery across major mission-critical projects, ensuring all installations meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and performance.
* Lead all Electrical Quality Assurance & Quality Control activities across large‑scale construction projects.
* Develop, implement, and maintain project‑specific Quality Plans, Commissioning Plans, and audit frameworks.
* Conduct inspections, audits, walkdowns, installation checks, and punch list coordination.
* Oversee FATs, SATs, test/inspect documentation, and structured commissioning workflows.
* Manage handover packages, QA documentation control, and digital QA/QC reporting systems.
* Collaborate closely with electrical engineers, commissioning teams, project managers, and client representatives.
* Ensure strict compliance with client specifications, international standards, and industry QA frameworks.
Skills & Competencies
* Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management abilities.
* Excellent attention to detail with a structured and analytical approach.
* Ability to drive quality improvements and maintain high standards across multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong organisational and documentation management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
* 3+ years’ experience in QA/QC, commissioning, or electrical project engineering.
* Strong understanding of ISO 9001, electrical quality processes, and commissioning methodologies.
* Experience working on data centres, pharma facilities, or large‑scale electrical infrastructure projects.
* Fluent English; German is an advantage.
