You will manage customer projects in the areas of eCommerce and customer loyalty. You can also be involved in key account projects.
You coordinate between customers, sales, design and development.
You keep track of timelines and resources and ensure qualitative and efficient implementation.
You support and advise customers during and after project implementation.
You service existing customers and support our B2B customer support team.
This is what we want from you
Tourism/economic or technical training. Ideally completed studies.
First experience with IT or web projects.
High quality awareness, good organizational skills, reliability and independence.
Interest in and basic understanding of the web and e-commerce from a technical and business perspective.
Strong curiosity and willingness to familiarize yourself with new tools and technologies.
Communicative personality who enjoys contact with customers.
What we offer you For this position, we offer a gross salary from €2,400 per month for a full‑time position. Convince us with your skills and experience and we will be happy to pay you more. We will be happy to tell you everything else in a personal interview.
