Responsibilities
As a #Project Manager for #Battery Storage, you will be responsible for the successful execution of battery storage projects from initiation to completion:
* Overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
* Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless project execution
* Managing customer relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
* Conducting regular project status meetings and providing updates to stakeholders
* Identifying and mitigating project risks and resolving any issues that arise during the project
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards in all project activities
* Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including reports and budgets
Your profile
* A degree in project management, engineering, or a related field
* Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in the energy or battery storage sector
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
* Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management software
* Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
* Willingness to travel, up to 20%

If you’re ready to make a significant impact in the battery storage sector and lead our projects to success, we’d love to hear from you! This position is subject to the collective agreement for the metal (processing) trade. We offer a minimum gross monthly salary of EUR 4,800 in line with the market for this position. A willingness to overpay and/or travel allowance is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
