Position Overview
Technical Project Manager (m/w/d) ab 30 Stunden/Woche bis Vollzeit möglich. Bring structure to complexity, shape cloud transformations, deliver impact.
Responsibilities
* End-to-end project management from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and project closure.
* Management of cloud and infrastructure projects with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS) in hybrid and multi-cloud scenarios.
* Implementation of structured project governance: scope, risk, quality, change management, stakeholder and communication management, financial and KPI reporting.
* Application of established project management methodologies in both traditional (Waterfall, PRINCE2) and agile/hybrid models (Scrum, agile delivery models).
* Support of sales activities through development of project and migration concepts, effort estimates, roadmaps, and resource models.
* Active contribution to delivery standards, best practices, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in managing IT, cloud, or infrastructure projects.
* Solid technical understanding in at least one of the following areas: virtualization & software‑defined data centers, VMware by Broadcom (especially VCF), Azure and/or AWS, Kubernetes.
* Experience leading interdisciplinary, hybrid project teams.
* Structured, analytical way of working with strong customer and results orientation.
* Excellent German and English skills.
Nice to Have
* Project management certifications (PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum).
* Experience in consulting, system integration, or enterprise service environments and vendor knowledge (VMware, Microsoft, AWS).
Benefits
Minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this full‑time position is EUR 64554 gross per year, with overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
