ABOUT EGSTON POWER ELECTRONICS
EGSTON Power Electronics is a young, fast-growing company in power electronics industry, focusing on the development and manufacturing of high-performance Power Hardware-in-the-Loop (PHIL) test and emulation platforms for power electronic systems. Based in Klosterneuburg on the northern outskirts of Vienna, we are an international team with a passion for cutting edge technology and dedication to developing innovative products, while continuously improving our expertise through active collaboration with our customers, suppliers, and external research facilities.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is located at the EGSTON Power Head Office in Klosterneuburg, Austria. As a customer-oriented sales personality with a thirst for conquest and an authentic style of communication, you understand how to convince with unique selling points of the products and take responsibility to build a sustainable sales pipeline.
Aufgaben
YOU WILL BE
* Identifying and acquiring new leads to expand business opportunities.
* Building and managing a pipeline of new opportunities, ensuring continuous growth
* Acquiring new customers, including research institutions, universities, certification companies, and corporate clients and focussing on key target sectors : Science & Research, Industry, Automotive, Aerospace, and Academia.
* Monitoring market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new sales potentials.
* Developing innovative sales strategies and new application opportunities.
* Managing the full sales cycle, including preparing offers, leading project discussions, negotiating contracts, and establishing pricing strategies.
* Actively participating in conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows to strengthen brand presence.
* Contributing to marketing strategies by providing insights into customer needs and market demands.
* Maintaining strong relationships with existing and new business partners through ongoing technical and commercial support.
* Acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams (R&D, Product Management, etc.) to relay market feedback and technical requirements.
* Conducting customer visits both on-site and remotely to strengthen engagement and drive sales.
Anforderungsprofil
YOUR PROFILE
* Degree in electrical engineering (or similar), overall high affinity for technical challenges.
* Relevant professional experience in the sale of capital equipment on the international market.
* Proven track record in cold acquisition, paired with strong communication and closing skills.
* Proficient in spoken and written English and German. Further language skills are a plus.
* Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally.
* Ideally, an existing network and contacts to key accounts in power electronics industry, research & academia

For this position we offer an annual compensation including a variable portion of at least EUR 70,000 gross (full-time). The actual amount of your remuneration will depend on your qualifications and your experience and will be agreed upon individually.
