Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices and other tech tools and products
2. First and second level technical support – calls/tickets/user interaction
3. Provide prompt responses to IT related questions from end-users
4. Reliable documentation of all end-user interactions in customer ticket system ‘Service Now’ (, incidents, requests)
5. Create, maintain, utilize knowledge articles
6. Provide IT onboarding trainings to new starters
7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
8. Language skills: fluent German and English, other languages are a plus
9. 5+ years of experience in a similar role
10. Strong problem solving/analytical abilities
11. Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
12. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task, handling multiple stakeholders
13. Ability to prioritize and willingness to work self-sufficiently and well organized
14. Team player and supportive personality
15. Experience in regulated IT environments is a plus ( GxP)
16. All candidates must provide a Criminal record not older than 3 months

26. A minimum salary of EUR 43,078 gross per annum (depending on your skills and experience)
