professional with a strong customer focus, a drive to win new
business, and a love for food? We are looking for a Sales Manager
Food Service to grow our market share and expand our customer
portfolio in Germany. If you thrive on building long-term
partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and developing new
markets, this role is for you! As Sales Manager Food
Service, you will take ownership of managing and developing
strategic accounts while actively ‘hunting’ for new customers in
the food service segment. Your mission : expand our market share,
win new business, and building on NovaTaste’s position as the
preferred partner for culinary solutions. You will work closely
with Technical Support and Product Development to deliver
innovative concepts that meet customer needs and drive sustainable
growth. Your Responsibilities Manage and grow strategic
accounts in the food service segment Identify and acquire new
customers with a true ‘hunter’ mentality Develop and execute
strategic account plans to achieve revenue and margin targets
Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for
customers Conduct market and competitor analyses to adjust strategy
Negotiate contracts and secure framework agreements Represent
NovaTaste at trade fairs, industry events, and customer workshops
Participate in Food Service team meetings in Germany and Salzburg
Your Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business
Administration, Food Technology, or similar 5–10 years of
experience in B2B sales, ideally in food service or gastronomy
Strong affinity for food and interest in culinary trends Proven
track record in new business development and account management
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills Data-driven
approach to decision-making Independent, structured working style
with high willingness to travel within Germany (Northern Bavaria
& Northern Baden-Württemberg) Excellent German and English
skills Confident use of CRM systems and MS Office applications
