About the role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to lead the brand’s local presence in Austria. This role will act as the key interface between the global headquarters (OEM) and the Austrian market, ensuring strong and consistent brand execution across all channels.
The position focuses on steering external partners, managing local go-to-market activities, and ensuring alignment between global strategy and local execution in a dynamic, growing environment.
Job Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for the Manufacturer’s global marketing and PR teams, ensuring alignment between global strategy and local execution
Adapt global brand guidelines, campaigns, and product toolkits to the Austrian market
Manage and steer local PR and advertising agencies, ensuring clear direction, strong execution, and performance against KPIs
Lead regular status meetings with agencies to track progress, optimize campaigns, and manage budgets effectively
Oversee media planning, digital performance (SEO/SEM), and creative localization in collaboration with external partners
Coordinate production partners for local content creation, including photoshoots, video production, and campaign assets
Plan and execute local events such as press launches, roadshows, and brand activations
