We are seeking a new team member to actively support us as:

Responsibilities:
Shape and elevate our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok in line with our luxury brand positioning
Conceptualize, create, and schedule compelling content that reflects our brand story and strategic direction
Create refined social posts, short-form reels, and supporting marketing assets aligned with our brand aesthetics
Track performance metrics and continuously refine content to maximize reach, engagement, and visibility
Build meaningful connections with our online community and manage inquiries across social platforms
Maintain and enrich customer data within our CRM, monitor leads, and support timely follow-up communication
Provide marketing support across daily operations, campaign coordination, and the creation of high-quality marketing materials
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
Background in Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent practical knowledge
Hands-on experience managing social media channels and content
Flexible and reliable working style with good time management
Self-driven, well-structured, and able to work independently
Positive team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
For this position, we offer a gross monthly base salary of € 1.700 (20h, part-time), depending on experience and qualifications.
