Key Responsibilities
* Develop strategic plans for corporate events, trade shows, and conferences.
* Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for event execution.
* Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
* Ensure brand consistency across all event materials and experiences.
* Lead post-event evaluations and implement improvements.
* Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers.
* Manage event registration processes and attendee communications.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
* Stay informed about industry trends to innovate event offerings.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in event planning and execution.

We are looking for a dedicated colleague for a long-term position. Salary is determined individually according to qualifications and professional experience, but includes a minimum wage according to the IT collective agreement (€ 2,473.00 gross for 38.5 hours/week).
