MOVE FORWARD WITH US

What you will be doing:

To expand the sale of Franklin Electric products into the West Australian Mining market.

This includes but not limited to dealer support and account management, quotations, sales, marketing and technical support. Ensure the Company services its customer base through reliable information and product support while expanding our sales base.

The role is based in Perth, Western Australia with your practical day to day base being your home location. The role will entail extensive and regular travel around the assigned area. It would be anticipated travel would be approx. 60 to 70% of the month to achieve your tasks and budget goals. While in the home office, you will also be in support of general customer service as well as in support of other regional ASM’s.

The Company will supply if required, printer/scanner/fax and associated office equipment. These can be discussed and agreed upon.

* To manage Franklin Electric Dealers in the assigned region to maximize sales and service to each dealer customer.
* To identify and encourage new dealers to join the FE Dealer network.
* Developing sales strategies to grow business across the Goldfields, Pilbara, Midwest, and Southwest mining regions
* Building strong relationships with end-users and distributors within mining
* Leveraging with agriculture and domestic sales team as well as assisting some sales regions in this market sector
* Identifying new business opportunities to expand Franklin Electric’s market share
* Representing a globally recognised brand with a strong reputation for reliability and innovation
* Establish and maintain good relations with key contacts within customer/dealer organizations.
* To assist with new product launches and provide product/sales and marketing information to the FE Dealer network as well as the general pump/motor dealer network.
* To provide information to assist with the formation of sales budgets within the assigned area for dealers and potential new dealers.
* To provide monthly sales forecast by the region and customer base.
* Provide general support of office customer service with sales/technical, quotation support and administration.
* Provide general technical and service advice in support of sales to the FE dealer base within the assigned region and in support of other ASM regions as needed.
* Maintain sales and service support for national groups operating in the assigned area.
* Develop relationship with project/consulting engineers for the benefit of FE products.
* To provide ideas and systems to management that will enable the Company to meet its objectives of Quality, Availability, Service, Innovation and Value to stimulate greater effort in meeting Customer and market needs and expectations.
* Provide a monthly written report relating to the assigned area.
* Any Duties that fall within day-to-day operation of the Company.

What you need:

* Bachelor’s degree in business, business management, marketing, engineering technology, or a related field (required).
* Three to five years of relevant Sales experience in engineering, pumps, rotational equipment, technical product sales, or a related field (required).
* Driver License is a must.
* Skills in Word processing/typing and presentation/PowerPoint are required.
