As a Trader / Market Maker in our Assets & Trading team, you will play a key role in managing and optimising our trading flow across multiple digital asset products and markets. You’ll operate at the intersection of markets, data and technology - identifying opportunities, fine‑tuning algorithms in real time and driving performance through quick, logical decision‑making. The Goal?to strengthen our liquidity provision, enhance hedging efficiency and capture sustainable alpha in a fast‑moving, technology‑driven trading environment.
You’ll be part of a high‑performance trading environment where speed, logic and data meet hands‑on market intuition. Here, ownership and precision matter - every decision you make contributes directly to our trading performance and the evolution of our digital‑asset market‑making capabilities.
* Take shared ownership of trading P&L and actively manage market‑making and hedging operations, ensuring competitive pricing, tight spreads and consistent execution quality
* Identify inefficiencies and opportunities to optimise pricing, hedging and execution through data, analytics and market insight
* Dynamically monitor and adjust trading parameters to manage inventory, risk and exposure efficiently
* Collaborate closely with quantitative researchers and engineers to refine algorithms, decision logic and system performance
* Analyse trading performance and propose technical or quantitative enhancements that continuously improve results
* Minimum 2 years of experience in trading, market‑making or liquidity provision - preferably within digital assets or electronic markets
* Strong understanding of order book dynamics and market microstructure
* Solid analytical and quantitative skills; you think in probabilities and make data‑driven decisions quickly and confidently
* Passionate about financial markets and crypto, with the curiosity to continuously explore new products and opportunities
* Able to perform under pressure and make clear, fast decisions in dynamic or volatile environments
