Your daily tasks will include:
* Handling typical workstation problems (MS Office suite support, drivers, and printing issues) on Windows, Linux, and MacOS
* License management as well as resource planning
* Providing support for all employees using chat and helpdesk systems
* Providing and improving company-wide infrastructure (network, notebooks, etc.)
* Improving and adapting our processes in a fast-growing company
* Keeping our infrastructure up and running
The following will make you succeed in this role:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide support and assistance to your colleagues
* Fluent in English and German to ensure effective communication with the team
* Proven experience in configuring and troubleshooting computer issues, including the ability to differentiate between hardware and software problems
* Solid skills in daily Windows operations and troubleshooting, with an interest in learning Linux and MacOS
* Ability to maintain and service a range of devices, including notebooks, access points, printers, screens, cables, and adapters
* Basic knowledge of networking concepts to ensure seamless device connectivity
* Passion for automation, with scripting skills being a significant plus, or a strong interest in learning how to automate tasks
