You'll negotiate international buying terms, collaborate closely with Red Bull market teams, develop the global discount community, contribute to cross-functional projects, and strengthen our analytical capabilities through data-driven insights.MANAGEMENT OF INTERNATIONAL KEY ACCOUNTSYou'll manage a key international discount customer under the strategic guidance of the Head of KAM Discount, driving profitable and sustainable growth through a clear multi-year roadmap. You'll lead international negotiations, align global and local objectives, and work closely with market teams to turn strategy into impactful local execution. You'll manage the day-to-day work with international customers and stay in constant exchange with the markets, leverage data and industry insights to optimize performance, and identify scalable opportunities and solutions across regional discount customers in partnership with Red Bull teams.GLOBAL STRATEGY AND MARKET SUPPORTYou'll lead the global discount community as the central contact for KAMs worldwide, sharing best practices and delivering impactful content and tools. You'll champion the Red Bull Key Account Framework, support and challenge markets in their planning, and provide hands-on guidance to strengthen local discount key account management and execution.CROSS FUNCTIONAL PROJECTS AND COLLABORATIONYou'll lead the development of a global discount data dashboard in close collaboration with the sales data and analytics team, leveraging insights to strengthen analytical capabilities and enable fact-based negotiations and planning. You'll contribute to cross-functional projects and pilots that drive innovation in the discount channel, develop compelling sell-in concepts to support local execution of key priorities, and foster strong cross-departmental collaboration across HQ and regions while building a powerful global key account network within Red Bull.Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:Minimum 2 years of relevant key account management experience – preferably within the FMCG context. Alternatively, 2 years of experience as a buyer in the retail/discount environmentUniversity degree or comparable educationFluency in English and German is a plusFrontline negotiation experience and strong problem-solving capabilitiesHands-on experience in managing customer profitability, analyzing P&L, and identifying value drivers.Strong analytical and methodical skills with an entrepreneurial mindsetSelf-motivated, able to work independently, as well as a strong team playerProficient in relevant software and tools, including CRM systems and MS Office SuiteDue to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.879 gross per month.
