We're partnering with a fast-growing European student accommodation provider to recruit an Accommodation Manager for their state-of-the-art residence in Graz, Austria.

As Accommodation Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the residence - the go-to person for students, guests, and partners. You'll oversee daily operations, lead a small on-site team, and ensure that every student enjoys a safe, comfortable, and community-driven living experience.
What you'll be doing:
* Take charge of day-to-day operations and ensure everything runs smoothly
* Provide exceptional support to residents, visitors, and prospective tenants
* Manage rental inquiries across multiple channels including social media
* Drive high occupancy through proactive, hands-on management
* Ensure compliance with safety, health, and property regulations
* Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and service partners
* Lead and schedule your on-site team, creating a supportive and efficient work environment
* Handle budgets, invoices, and essential administrative processes
* Maintain operational documentation and prepare management reports
What we're looking for:
* Completed secondary education or vocational training (hospitality/property management a plus)
* Experience in student housing, property management, or hospitality (Austrian experience beneficial)
* Strong service focus and excellent communication skills
* Confident leader with a proactive, hands-on attitude
* Excellent German (C1+) and good English (B2+)
* Solid MS Office skills; property management software knowledge is an advantage
* Organized, reliable, and solutions-oriented, even when juggling multiple priorities
