        We're looking for a
Senior Product Manager
to own and expand the seller and customer experience on refurbed, by ensuring a seamless, scalable, and high-quality inventory creation process and an optimized category structure that serves both our end-users and AI-driven search and SEO goals.
You would work cross-functionally with your squad of engineers, our commercial and operations teams, and other product squads to make inventory creation effortless and category organization intelligent — driving both seller efficiency and customer findability.
WHO YOU ARE:
 * 3+ years of product management experience, ideally within a marketplace setup.
 * Strong experience in data-rich or catalog-driven products (e.g., marketplaces, e-commerce platforms…).
 * A strong discovery mindset: from understanding user workflows to validating solutions through prototypes, research, and data.
 * Proven success building or optimizing seller tools, catalog systems, or data management interfaces.
 * Comfort navigating technical discussions about data modeling, taxonomy, and integrations with engineering and analytics.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — you'll align across commercial, SEO, data, and product teams.
 * A data-driven and systems-thinking mindset, with experience defining and tracking product KPIs.
 * Passion for sustainability, marketplaces, and building delightful, efficient tools for users and partners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
 * Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Category & Inventory Creation squad — building the foundation for how sellers list and manage their products and how customers discover them.
 * Ensure our inventory creation process is fast, intuitive, and scalable, reducing friction for sellers while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
 * Drive the evolution of our category taxonomy and product data structure, optimizing for end-user experience, SEO performance, and AI-driven search relevance.
 * Lead discovery and experimentation with sellers, internal experts, and end-users to identify opportunities for automation, data enrichment, and process simplification.
 * Collaborate closely with engineering to define robust APIs and data integrations, ensuring high data accuracy, system reliability, and smooth interoperability across teams.
 * Use data and insights to measure impact, validate assumptions, and iterate quickly — from seller productivity improvements to user discovery outcomes.
 * Act as the bridge between commercial, operations, and tech, ensuring our product catalog meets both marketplace and user needs, and that our category system supports future innovation in search and personalization.
