Head of Business Unit Controlling (all genders)
* Overall responsibility for the controlling of KEBA Industrial Automation including international subsidiaries
* Leadership and further development of an international controlling team (incl. technical management of local controllers)
* Expansion and standardization of controlling structures/controlling processes
* Further development of existing reporting processes and tools
* Responsibility for forecasting, budgeting and variance analyses
* Ensure a consistent and meaningful KPI and reporting framework
* Support of the management in strategic and operational management
* Analysis of business developments and derivation of recommendations for action
* Coordination and reconciliation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements with Finance
How you convince us
* Several years of relevant professional experience in controlling, ideally in an international industrial environment
* Experience in a senior controller role with leadership responsibility or a clear development perspective
* Sound knowledge of:
o Forecasting & Budgeting
o KPI systems and management reporting
o Closing Processes (Month/Year)
* High level of competence in the analysis of complex business contexts
* Experience in working with international subsidiaries and intercultural teams (especially with Asia and North America)
* Experience in the implementation of effective controlling structures
