To strengthen our team, we are seeking a motivated R&D Assistant to join our laboratory and R&D activities (20h/week; a fixed-term contract for 14 months, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time). Support development projects in hydrogen fuel cell technology. Set up, operate, and maintain small-scale test setups and experimental systems. Document experimental procedures and results. Collaborate closely with the founders and the R&D team. Requirements Education in chemistry, materials science, electrical engineering, or a related field (HTL, university of applied sciences, university degree, or ongoing studies). Practical laboratory experience is a plus. Strong technical understanding; basic electrical engineering knowledge is a plus. Independent, structured, and precise working style. Interest in sustainable energy technologies. Hands-on mindset and enthusiasm for a dynamic start-up environment. Benefits 20 h/week with flexible working hours.
