For our global business area HYDRO at the Weiz location, we are looking for a Acitve Parts Design Engineer (m/f/d) for Hydro Generators on a full-time basis within the Mechanical Engineering department.
YOUR PROFILE
1. Completed technical education (HTL or equivalent)
2. Several years of professional experience in design engineering required
3. Knowledge of generators is an advantage
4. Experience in technical drafting
5. Strong CAD skills, ideally with Siemens NX experience
6. SAP knowledge is beneficial
7. Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
8. High level of initiative
9. Strong communication skills
10. Independent and well-organized working style
YOUR TASKS
11. Creation and development of 3D models, manufacturing drawings, bills of materials, and technical specifications for the active parts of rotating electrical machines
12. Supporting the Senior Design Engineer in technical project execution
13. Preparation for and participation in design reviews
14. Technical support for departments such as Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, Assembly, and Commissioning
15. Participation in regular internal design meetings to coordinate project-related engineering decisions
16. Continuous knowledge transfer within the team
OUR OFFER
We are legally obliged to state the collective bargaining minimum salary for this position, which is gross € 3,616.50 per month. However, we offer a market-based salary depending on qualifications and professional experience in any case.
